Massage Therapy

Massage therapy is a treatment method that involves hands-on manipulation of the soft tissues of the body. It uses vibration, stroking and kneading of muscles, tendon, joints and connective tissue to bring you back to optimum health.

Massage therapy provides physical and psychological benefits ranging from improved vascular and muscular tone to promoting relaxation and decreasing stress levels.

All of our massage therapists are registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. They use their knowledge of anatomy and physiology to combine traditional Swedish and modern massage therapy techniques such as trigger point therapy, friction therapy and manual lymphatic drainage with other modalities to treat various conditions.
